Overview
Azad Hind Gram is A tourist complex built by Delhi tourism department.situated at Tikri Kalan on NH 10, within 2 kilometers of the Delhi-Haryana border. Azad Hind Gram was built to honor the freedom fighter Subhash Chandra Bose. The Azad hind Gram complex stands at the same spot where the Great leaderstood and addressed the soldiers before he left the country. Azad Hind Gram tourist complex at Tikri Kalan has this vast spread space which is clean and offers several wayside amenities for the visitors. the monuments have showcased the varying moods of the great leader Subhash Chandra Bose in the various murals that ’stand within the complex. The museum also houses some of the major landmarks during the freedom struggle on the canvas. Within the museum you will also find a large number of newspaper cuttings and several other visual records of the freedom struggle. The museum also has listed the names of the Indian National army within. The Azad hind gram often gets missed by many tourists and that’s a great deal you are missing out on in Delhi tour. The Azad gram is a like a miniature city on a huge complex. You will find a museum, shopping mall, restaurants and even shows with something exciting always being screened. Azad hind was an organization that was formed during the World War II in Singapore. Azad hind was a provision government of India that was formed in 1943 and even had the support of Japan. Subhash Chandra Bose was the leader of the government .The supposed death of Subhash Chandra Bose was believed to be the reason the movement ended. Azad Hind Gram is the rightful way to pay tribute to a great leader and it certainly should be visited in Delhi. The architecture of the Azad Hind Gram structure showcases the traditional Indian architectural style and is predominantly North Indian in style. There are huge and elaborate mosaic domes that surround the museum and the memorial forms the focus point of the complex. The memorial is where several offers and facilities of extensive plazas, amphitheaters, information center, souvenir shops, gardening shop, kiosks, food shops, restaurants, rest rooms with toilet facility, drinking water, public telephone, convention facility so on and so forth are available.
