Bogmalo Beach is a beach in Goa One among the South Goa's quietest beaches, Bogmalo Beach is a part of Bardez district which belongs to both the North and South beach circuit. Bogmalo Beach is centrally sandwiched between all the other beaches of North & South Goa. Located 4 km away from the Goa Airport at Dabolim, Bogmalo was a fishing village before tourism developed. Compared to the other beaches in Goa, Bogmalo beach is cleaner and more relaxed. Bogmalo is a great option if any want a prime view of the Arabian Sea. This sandy beach is one of the least crowded beaches and is quite picturesque. It is only half a kilometer long, but if you are staying in Vasco it is ideal for spending an evening. Goa Bogmalo beach sports a mixture of serenity and commercialism splashed with simple beauty where one can happily lose oneself.

Initially this beach in Goa was a fishing village until tourists started pouring in and tourism stated catching up in this small Indian State of Goa. in addition to this, Bogmalo has a splendid atmosphere that is a perfect mixture of practicality and innocence. It's a beautiful place to take a long walk with your loved ones or a dip in the Arabian Sea. Apart from water sports and other adventure activities, there are a number of high-end shops that deal in handicrafts. Beach lovers can explore a number of little islands, located next to Bogmalo Beach. Also, there are some shipwrecks that include historical implication to the old-time tourist destination. Whether it's for a luxury stay, sunbathing, diving, water sports activities or nightlife, parties; Bogmalo brings a complete package of fun and entertainment so you can cherish for ages. One of the first diving and scuba centers have opened up close to Bogmalo. For the experienced diver, this offers a chance to go scuba diving at one of Indias first centers on the west coast. Near the Bogmalo beach is the must-visit tourist place, the Naval Aviation Museum. Set up in 1998, it is the first naval museum in Asia. Here one can find aircraft, sensors, safety equipment and weapons that were used by the Indian Navy. The museum also boasts weapons and armaments gallery that showcases a number of different types of torpedoes, bombs, cannons, and sensors that have been used by the aircraft. Or you can just walk along the beach and browse among the Kashmiri handicrafts that are sold here and take back home a trinket to remember us by. There is so much to do here where one can indulge in one of the many activities.
