A spacious, beautiful and well mainted bungalow in Kodaikanal house building society locality is available for comfortable and memorable stay. There are two double bed rooms measures 275 Sq feet each and one four bed room measures 440 Sq feet. All bed rooms provided with king size cot and foam bed including spacious bath room and attached toilet. Geyser attached in each bath room. Balconies in four bed room gives an enchanting view of mountains, valley and city. There are two sit outs with wooden furnitures and sofa sets. There is dining hall for 6 adults. All furnitures are made of Red sanders and Andaman padauk. Eight adults can comfortably stay. The drawaing hall has high rise ceiling, which connects all three rooms. The structure is unique in style. There is no space constraint. Secured ample car parking in side the premises. CCTV installed. Ideal for family functions, friends get-together.
House Rules
- The primary guest must be at least 18 years old. All guests are required to provide valid government-issued identification cards for check-in; PAN Cards are not accepted. Kindly ensure you have the necessary government ID proof(s) with you upon arrival.

Redemption Process

Cancellation Policy
- Partial refund if cancelled : We appreciate your commitment to your plans! Cancel at least 72 hours (local time) in advance, and you'll receive a 100% refund. This helps us manage resources efficiently and gives you flexibility.
- Unforeseen Circumstances : This activity requires good weather. In cases of unforeseen weather conditions or government restrictions leading this activity cancellations, you’ll be offered a different date or a full refund.
- Refund Process : Refunds will be credited to the original booking payment source within 10 business days, and cash refunds will not be issued
