Overview
Pallivasal is a small village located around 10 Kms from Munnar in Idukki district in the Indian state of Kerala.this is the place of a first hydropower project in Kerala. It is full of dazzlingly beautiful scenic beauty. Another destination famous for its tea gardens as well as sleepy little cottages and old playgrounds is Chithirapuram, which lures the travelers with its irresistible grace and beauty. This is also the home of a hydel project called Pallivasal Hydel Power Project.
