Know Before you go

• The package is applicable for 2 guests only.
• Any breakage or damage of any items will be charged at actuals.
• Any personal expenses or items of personal nature will not be included in the package. Any meals or transfers not mentioned in the itinerary are to be considered an exclusion in the deal.
• Please adhere to the timings.
• ID proof is mandatory for each individual guest at the time of arrival. PAN card will not be considered as a valid address proof.
• All foreign nationals must share their passport and visa details at the time of arrival.
• Participants are not permitted to bring any sharp objects, lighters, alcohol, knives, or similar items.
• The visitor must pay an extra Rs 1800 for pickup from Taj Exotica, TSG, Barefoot, and Deforest.
• Any particular dietary needs must be communicated to the service provider in advance.
• In the event of inclement weather, the Candlelight Dinner will be held inside the restaurant or by the pool.

Note:

• A child can be added at an additional cost of 500/- for up to 7 years and 750/- up to 12 years, which can be paid directly to the organizer.
• Alcoholic beverages can be availed at an extra cost of 2000, which can be directly paid to the organizer.
• Exclusive Photoshoot during Candlelight Dinner can be availed at an extra cost of 2000/- for 15 photographs, which can be directly paid to the organizer.
• For Pickup from Taj Exotica, TSG, Barefoot and Deforest an additional amount of Rs 1800 will be payable by the guest.
• The hotel management will give guests a call after booking to decide on the final menu.

Redemption Process

• Upon completing your reservation, anticipate receiving a comprehensive email and SMS containing booking details. Present your SMS or booking confirmation email at the reception counter during check-in.
• Access your booking information easily by logging into your account on Explorebees.com and navigating to the "Active Bookings" page in the dashboard.

Cancellation Policy

• No refund if cancelled : We know plans can change, and we're here to help. Unfortunately, no refunds are available once a booking is confirmed. Your reservation is final, and modifications or reschedules can't be accommodated. In case of cancellation, a 100% cancellation fee will apply.
• Unforeseen Circumstances : This activity requires good weather. In cases of unforeseen weather conditions or government restrictions leading this activity cancellations, you’ll be offered a different date or a full refund.
• Refund Process : Refunds will be credited to the original booking payment source within 10 business days, and cash refunds will not be issued
