About
Siridao beach is situated near the Zuari estuary and well known for pearl and oyster rich shore. It is a rocky and sandy beach, which is popular for its mysterious caves. Siridao Beach in Goa is a shell collector’s paradise. One can come across a wide variety of oysters and pearl shells at the beach. One will enjoy the drive from the main road towards the beach. Either sides of the roads are covered with lush trees. The Chapel of Jesus of Nazareth is situated in the Siridao Beach of Goa. Thousands of the devotees come to the chapel to pay reverence to Lord Jesus. Many devotees flock the chapel during the first week of Easter, when a grand feast is held in the chapel. One can also see the chapel of the Holy Souls here that was built in 1973. This was designed by Lucio Miranda a well known architect and for its long life the chapel is sanctified by the faithfuls with ten lakh Hail Marys.
